Yes. You can download 'Yatri Energy' app from Google Playstore or App Store.
Yes. You will need a user account on Yatri Energy app to access Yatri Energy Chargers
Yatri’s P1 and any EV having CCS2 or GB/T port can be charged on Yatri Energy Chargers
On your Yatri Energy app, click on the ‘Maps’ section and find a Yatri charger nearest to your location and its distance.
On your Yatri Energy app, click on the ‘Maps’ section and select the desired location from the ‘Chargers Near You’ list. You can see if the charger is ‘In-use’ or ‘Available’. Or directly tap on the Charger icon from the map.
You can track the progress of your charging on your Yatri Energy app from starting to the end of the charging session.
Under charger status, ensure that the charger is available and not out of service. Ensure that you are connected to the internet and Bluetooth and location is turned on. If everything is checked, ensure that the charger did not just restart (Chargers usually require about 10 minutes to come into full function). Yatri Energy accepts wallet load from Khalti and Esewa.
Yatri Energy charges NEA rate plus service charge and device access fee. Device access fee is waived off on subscription of Membership plans.
Yes, you can charge as a guest user after creating a user account.
Tap on your profile on Yatri Energy app and select the Membership plan that best suits your requirement from Subscription options.
'Suste' enables you to charge up to 50 kWh without access fee for a month. You will be switched to a guest user plan if you charge beyond 50 kWh or after a month.'Thikka' enables you to charge up to 150 kWh without access fee for a month. You will be switched to a guest user plan if you charge beyond 150 kWh or after a month.'Babal' enables you to charge up to 450 kWh without access fee for a month. You will be switched to a guest user plan if you charge beyond 450 kWh or after a month.
This plan will enable you to charge unlimited kWh without utility fee with minimal service charge for a month. You will be switched to a guest user after a month.
No, you cannot cancel the membership plan or switch to another until its expiry.
In the previous charging, you had an uninterrupted charging service despite having an insufficient balance in your wallet, therefore the balance went negative. You will need to load your Yatri wallet to be able to charge again.
